Hey, everybody, shlum aun guthartsikayt tsu ir meyn freynt. That is to say, peace and goodwill to you, my friends. I wanted to let you all know I have a new story here (and a different new one at BookApy as well), and I would be thrilled if you could read the one here, My First Black Grandpa.
It’s a flash story written in a Challenge elsewhere. The task was quite a task. Write a complete story in 750 words. No more, no less, and therein lies the complexity of the chore. If you get a chance, check it out; it won’t take long.
Let me know what you think, good, bad, or indifferent. I want to know your opinion if you have the time.
Yes, it’s an interracial copulation tale with an age difference thrown in for good measure.
PS, I got everything ready yesterday, and my editor posted it today. No Sabbath observance was violated to bring you this story.
PPS, this is the first story I have a cover for on this site. Since this is only the second story on the SOL, it isn’t a big deal, but my publishers provided it for free. Which was super kind of them!
